Teaming up with Social Advocates for Youth (SAY).
Who are Social Advocates for Youth?
SAY was established in 1971 by a group of Sonoma County community leaders to provide a constructive alternative to juvenile hall for runaway youth.
Since then, SAY has helped over 50,000 youth, aged 5-24. Over the years, SAY has continually refined its program formula
to break cycles of abuse and hopelessness. That formula incorporates three pillars: housing, counseling and careers. The product: Youth who are stable and able to rise to life’s challenges and opportunities.
How the Fundraiser Works
Russian River Vineyards has designated three of its premium wines to act as a fundraising vehicle for SAY: The 2018 Stainless Steel Petersen Vineyard Chardonnay, the 2016 Stony Point Pinot Noir, and the 2018 Gianna May Rosé of Pinot Noir. Each of these wines has been given a special product designation within the RRV e-commerce platform, so anyone wishing to donate to SAY can buy those select products. And when people buy those products, 100% of the revenue is donated to SAY.
